IBM X-Force Threat Intelligence Index
The X-Force Threat Intelligence Index is IBM's flagship annual security report. I led development of the report page on ibm.com, building it on IBM's Carbon Design System so it sat natively inside the company's design language. After launch we turned the report's components into a set of reusable widgets that were adopted across other IBM pages.
What I built
A long-form, scroll-driven report page carrying a year of security research: chapter navigation across manufacturing, malware, extortion, identity, phishing, IoT, cloud and ransomware, with data visualisations and statistics presented as you move through it.
Working inside Carbon
Built on IBM's Carbon Design System, which meant matching an enterprise design language exactly while still delivering an editorial experience that reads as a designed report rather than a documentation page. The components we produced were later generalised into widgets used on other IBM pages.
